Ingredients
500g anelletti type pasta
2 jar of baked pasta “Contorno” 540 gr.
100 gr. bread crumbs
200 gr. bechamel ready
100 gr. stretched curd cheese: (provoletta, mozzarella or tuma)
parmesan, parmesan or caciocavallo to taste
peanut oil qb
Preparation
Boil 500 g of anelletti in abundant salted water and drain them halfway through cooking, then pour them into a bowl and mix them with the Pasta al Forno F.lli Contorno* seasoning. According to personal taste, you can also add 200 g of ready-made béchamel, 100 g of string cheese (provoletta, mozzarella or tuma) cut into cubes and some grated cheese (parmesan, grana or caciocavallo). Grease a baking tray with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Distribute the seasoned rings evenly and sprinkle more breadcrumbs on their upper surface. Place everything in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. To obtain a "gratinated" effect, also turn on the grill for a further 5 minutes. Also ideal for the preparation of lasagne, cannelloni, rice timbale, potato timbale and other short pasta.
