The "Welcome to Sicily" sauces

The ready-made cherry tomato sauce “Benvenuti in Sicilia” and the ready-made datterino tomato sauce “Bella Palermo” are to be considered among the best fresh cherry tomato sauces on the market today. The unique flavor and aroma of these two sauces are characterized by traditional Sicilian recipes of which the Contorno Brothers are the custodians. The cherry tomatoes selected according to very specific characteristics (colour, degree of ripeness, aroma...) are collected directly from very specific production fields in which they are grown and processed according to traditional standards in full respect of nature and current laws. The exaltation of the intrinsic taste of the two varieties of cherry tomatoes is highlighted during the processing phase thanks to the skill of our chefs who manage to recreate the home recipes with excellent results.
