“Sarsina” Welcome to Sicily
double concentrate of cherry tomatoes, strictly Sicilian! The new F.lli Contorno product created on the occasion of the centenary, with an innovative, unique and exclusive recipe rich in "lycopene", a natural antioxidant substance present in tomatoes, which also has anti-tumor properties. Packaged in a porcelain tin inside, to allow better conservation, elegantly lithographed with the presence of the "Welcome to Sicily" logo. Even the name "Sarsina" is intentional and refers to the Sicilian dialect in which the "L" often turns into "R". In the kitchen, Sarsina finds space as a seasoning for pasta, soups, in cooking meat and in modern and quick recipes such as bruschetta and sandwiches.
