Description
“Carciofina” is an appetizer based on artichokes, olives and almonds. The inspiration for this recipe is the famous aubergine caponata which, prepared by expert Sicilian chefs, makes it an equally good and tasty appetizer.
Artichoke segments fried and seasoned with a sweet and sour tomato-based sauce, with the addition of olives and almonds.

Artichokes (29%), tomato, celery, onion, olives (7%), carrot, sugar, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, chopped peeled almonds (2%), capers, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
